Hello people, decided to join you from México. I just grabbed the steering again after, i don't know, 30 years maybe? when I was going to elementary school and rode a 50 cc carabela with my brother. Then in march i got a 250 fazer for my birthday, after a hard battle with my wife, who thinks motorcycles are just evil. I was doing just fine, but it happened that in the terrible traffic of México city i stumbled with a f;,*+'n inattentive driver which throw me away and sent me 6 weeks to home with a very fashionable and heAvy white boot. That incident didn't erased the itch of riding a more true bike, then i switched the fazer for I've made with a pretty 00 thundercat and all I can say is that i'm just made with it. I'll see how much i can deal with my wife, i just want to cure from bad experience and have some fun.

Hi & welcome to the site, never removed the starter but from memory you can see it clearly with the tank removed, make sure you disconnect the battery.
