ToL Sign-Up, Questions etc

First topic message reminder :

If you're thinking of coming along on the ToL 6, and especially if you've made definite arrangements, then please add a reply to this topic with a few brief details so I can co-ordinate numbers. Then I'll know approximately what size group we'll have and can sort out appropriate lunch stops etc.

I'll periodically post up a summary of responses to date.

You can also post any questions you have about the event and I'll do my best to answer them.

I will most definately be travelling home on the Sunday. Rather a long way for me, Exeter. Can't quite remember how many miles it is but I seem to remember from last time that it's a damn long way.

Hi Folks,

If there's demand for a ride about on Sunday then I'm more than happy to arrange something. I know some of you will have to head directly for home on Sunday, but maybe I can pick a route that you can join at least part way. It will all depend on who wants to do what, so post up

I'm going to shortly post up a rider summary in a separate thread so no need for peeps to keep posting up a grid of participants.

I'll post up more details as soon as the route is finalised which should be by the end of June, after the recce.

Of course part of the format for the Taste of Lincolnshire is a 'nice' lunch. A large chunk of the food you eat comes from the county so why not enjoy it whilst you're here. I'll be seeing if I can get us into one of Lincolnshire better restaurants - that's right folks, tables, chairs, knives and forks.... everything! Hopefully great food at a reasonable price. If that fails then I'm sure I can find a good pub.

Hope this continues to 'whet you appetite'

Of course there's no problems bringing your mates - as long as they follow the 'rules'!
Unless they're all Jimmy Fireblade certified masters I'd prefer if if they kept both wheels on the ground

Unfortunately the 5th of September is my Mum's 60th and I honestly don't think there are enough brownie points in the world that would allow me to miss that event. Well gutted, was looking forward to another blast around Lincolnshire :(

Just me and Sharon, friday and saturday night. We'll just head home on the sunday.
Suzuki Dave is in Turkey that weekend so I did'nt ask the rest as I was relying on him to help me keep them in check, as they can't keep their front wheels on the ground or use knives and forks !
