no biking for me

well im glad its winter just knackered my wrist no breaks but it pretty usless at the mo
i can,t even open a packet of crisps lol while patroling the college i decided to miss a step & throw my self onto the floor of cause putting both arm out locked so now have 2 sore shoulder,s 1 knackered forearm & wrist 4 hours in hospital waiting for numerous xray,s so lets see what happens in the next 10 days

ITS FITS managed to get my bike glove on my hand but still can,t grip the handle bar or lever,s to painful tried on sunday as the sun was out but a no go gutted

right stripped & resprayed the rear foot rest,s refitted if its warm tomorrow im going to give it a go & see if i can use the left hand on the lever the thumb is still giving me a bit of gip but aho

Take it easy Pete, if it don't feel right don't do it - I know its hard, I had to be brutal with myself - good weather, I felt sort of OK, but I battled with getting the jacket on. I hurt more realising I wasn't ready than the pain of the injury.
