Re: BC7 check in
As Nick says, home safe and sound via the twisty mode of the sat nav.
Never laughed so much as we have this weekend.
Thanks to Nick for his usual expertly organised ride out, thanks to Tel for the port.
Great to meet Lonecat (Steph) you'll fit in well .....
Some well deserved numpty prizes and I'm sure there'll be some great cap-coms.
Nice bike Chris!
Nice bike Tel! Great to see you on two wheels again!

Re: BC7 check in
A great ride home capped off a top weekend. As Ellie said, I can't remember the last time I laughed so much and for so long (or about dust). Llandudno was a perfectly suitable replacement for Bishop's Castle... good job Nick and Ellie for turning it around.

Re: BC7 check in
Got home around 3pm, pretty uneventful (thank goodness) motorway trip back - 817 miles covered, 40 more till the bike hits 4k.
Thanks NIck & Ellie for the organisation, Radar for the after dinner speech and prize giving, Tel for the Port and intro speech, the Tail end Charlies' and indeed to everyone for making it a memorable weekend, was good to catch up with familiar faces and to put face to name LoneCat.
You want to see pictures, not me rabbiting on
I'm afraid the pics of the prize giving were all out of focus, camera decided to be stubborn - sorted after taking the battery out! Sorry

Re: BC7 check in
Lone'cat safe back in her basket after a good run home and after having sampled the delights Llandudno had to offer this morning - missed photo opportunity, Stevecat/Mr Radar, of me having a paddle in the sea, stilettos in one hand, a stick of rock in the other lol.
Thanks also to you all not just for everything that's been said above which I heartily endorse but for making me so welcome and for your forebearance during the rideout - much appreciated.
Really good to meet you all - will post some piccies when I get a mo.

Re: BC7 check in
Hi All,
Back home. Absolutely shattered, but what a weekend! Weather behaved itself and was dry with sunny intervals all the way home.
Llandudno was a great location. We'll done Nick & Ellie for the successful relocation. Weatherspoons and the restaurant an excellent choice. The owners of the B&B were completely dotty, but very welcoming.
Many, many funny conversations were had. I'm still hoarse from talking all night long. Interesting local mating rituals observed and some fairly frank conconversations over- heard Difficult not to when everyone was shouting!
The bike ran faultlessly and I loved riding it. Very happy with it. Hope to bring it out for a few more events this year. Enjoyed riding Alex's 400. Very buzzy machine and great to ride, once it was over 5k revs
Some pics to follow later. Time for an early night.
Thanks everyone. Great weekend
Chris

That reminds me ... must replace those missing nuts and bolts.
Cheers for letting me take the beast for a ride too Chris you are a braver man than most!, was the oddest mix of utter joy interspersed with the occasional moment of terror when I remembered who's bike I was riding

Re: BC7 check in
Ooops Sorry I'm late
Got home safe and sound yesterday at about 17:30 still grinning. By the time I had sorted myself and the bike out, had some tea, I did the old geezer thing and fell soundly asleep
What to say that hasn't already been written above ?
Special thanks to Nick & Ellie for yet another faultless and very excellent weekend
Great to reacquaint with familiar faces and those I have first met. Welcome to Lone'cat at your first weekender. Hope you'll be back for more and we haven't scared you off with our antics.
Thanks to Chris for your company on the ride there and back again (by Bilbo Baggins), sorry for the confusion I caused at the A6020 turning. My intent was to go straight on through Matlock and home while you followed the original plan to Chesterfield and onwards home.
But my my wasn't Chatsworth & Chesterfield FUN with the horse trials finishing as we passed through
Many grateful thanks to you all for watching over me this weekend and playing carer. If you hadn't I would not have seen the weekend through. You really are a very special lot. Thank You all

Re: BC7 check in
I echo what everyone else has already said, Great event, great organisation and great company. What more could you ask for?
Thanks for everyone's warm welcome back to the ranks after my unintended sabbatical.
Unfortunately I didn't take any more pictures after the Power Station stopoff but Google+ kindly did this for me so I thought I would share it.
