So what's your thoughts? Lots of bikes had their jackets over their number plates apparently.

Re: Matlock Bath - Parking.
there as always been a time limit on parking there & every so often they try to ban bikes from parking but the shop owners
are against this as it would affect there trade

Isn't it an on the spot fine for having an obscured reg plate as well, regardless of parking regs?

I don't think Ellie would have used the term 'apparently' if she had a picture of them. It would be a bit pointless.
Re: Matlock Bath - Parking.
apparently ellie could not find a bike with the jackets over the number plates

Ah Matlock Bath, the prettiest seaside town that's at least 60 miles from the sea
(Shame they ruined the roads to it)

Re: Matlock Bath - Parking.
Been there a couple of times and apart from the faff to get there what actually is there apart from overpriced chips and a few bikes to look at. Much nicer areas in that part of the world in my opinion.

Re: Matlock Bath - Parking.
I don't mind Matlock once in a blue moon. I just like the atmosphere; it's like a seaside strip only in the middle of the country. Like to have a tray of chips, then grab an ice-cream and take a walk up and down, ogling all the expensive, shiny bikes, haha.

Don't get me wrong, I do like the place it's quirky to be in what seems to be a seaside town, but 60 miles inland with cable cars going across the rocks.
