Heading North?
Who's heading up from south of the border and when?
We're probably leaving around 1-2pm from Richmond/Leyburn.

Re: Heading North?
I'm a possibility.
If I am making it I would be passing that way around that time.

Re: Heading North?
Tom,
Started this thread for all of the folks who live in England who will be coming to Wee Mac. We usually like to meet up along the way and ride up together.
You're already 'north' so I don't suppose it'll affect you!

Support crew?
I'm sure my Mrs would appreciate being able to lob a suitcase in instead of making do with one meagre pannier.....
She's already booked some of her Dad's spare pannier space

Re: Heading North?
Sounds good to me Tel, if my car was bigger I would offer to give you and Bea a lift.
Chris, if Katie would like me to take anything for her, just let me know and sure we could sort out picking up and dropping off.

Re: Heading North?
Saw Tim et al at Bulbeck this aft - they were talking about a 10am start from Blackpool to meet at 11am ish at Devil's, assuming weather's decent - that sound reasonable?

Re: Heading North?
Hi Paul, 10 o'clocks a bit early for us, spoke to Bob last night and he thinks a better time for a meet up is more like 1,00 o'clock at Kirby Steven, I also think Chris will struggle with the earlier time as he only gets back onshore thurs. afternoon. I suspect the later time might also be better for Robcat, who I think might be riding up with us.

OK sounds good to me, in fact that's better for me as I need to get bike MOT'd in the morning.

Re: Heading North?
Aye, 13:00 at Kirby Stephen sounds good. That would make a 12:00 meet at Scotch Corner for anyone else.
I'm just going to belt along the A66 Terry, new bike, rusty skills, and wife on back means I probably won't be up to a back road blast through Reeth & Nateby.
Still scheduled to be back on Thursday pm, weather forecast looks good for flights so don't anticipate any delays (touches wood)

Re: Heading North?
I won't be able to leave till about 10am as I have to drop the daughter off first but should be able to make 12 at Scotch or 1 at Kirkby Stephen (thanks for the wrong spelling Terry, took me a while to find it) lol
