Storage Luggage - Thundercat
Hi All,
I'm looking for a luggage holder or rack for the 'cat. My backpack is starting to ache my back...
Thanks,
Si

Re: Storage Luggage - Thundercat
I have Ventura on mine. Consists of a set of L brackets that are specific to the bike, they then make a range of racks and luggage that are all easily remove able so not to spoil the look of the bike.
I like this because if and when I change the bike I just need to replace the L bracket and everything else will fit.
The L brackets aren't cheap (unless someone is selling them second hand) but the rest is always available on eBay.

I always use my cargo net [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
No matter what I carry from a ruck sack to a suit case link to pic of bike with cargo net <<<<< you'll be surprised as to how much you can fit on

Re: Storage Luggage - Thundercat
Before I got the topbox I used a luggage net too - I simply lashed my rucksack to the back of the bike with the net, making a rudimentary tailpack. I used some of that non-slip matting between the rucksack and the seat/tail unit to protect the paint and keep the rucksack from slipping.
I never ride with a rucksack; it is not only tiring but also not good for the spine in the event of an accident.
