ToL Rideout - 1 day to go!

Posting this reminder up regularly!

If anyone has any questions please post in the main thread and I'll answer as best I can.

On the Monday morning a couple of us (at least) will be heading over to Cadwell for the BSB race day. If you want to join us that would be great. Tickets are available from here . Book online to save £5 on the entry ticket price.

Unfortunately there have been some cancellations, so there are now accommodation spaces available at £20 pppn if anyone now finds they can join us or want to enjoy the evening and stay over after the rideout. I've inspected the accommodation and I think you'll be impressed. Just drop me a message or post up.

I'll be at the hostel from 5pm on Saturday 25th. Access is down a little lane (Friars Lane) opposite the East end of Beverley Minster (that you can's miss!). Go right to the end of the lane and the entrance is on the left. Parking may be on grass so bring a stand puck if you have one.

Remember to bring a towel! Duvets and pillows are provided.

Outside chance I can make the Sunday ride out. I will monitor the weather! My Thundercat has barely been used since BC4, less than 20 miles! The FZ1 and RD getting the nod recently

We are still waiting on a part from Mr Triumph, Considering the factory is half an hour down the road you wouldn't think it would be difficult

what time are you lot setting off its a 2 hour ride there 82 miles then a 2 hour ride back using the motor ways mmmm makes it a long day

I am hoping to Ride up on the Sunday to be there in time for the rideout.

Now Ive been invited to Peterborough Beer Festival by a Friend on the Saturday so I will have to be leaving theirs about 6.30am.

Can you turn up and decide to stop the night Chris?

Will be ordering BSB tickets today as the Brother & Sister-in-law have decided to go and already purchased theres so I have got to go.

Currently there are at least 3 beds spare on Sat night and 2 on Sunday night so yes you could turn up and decide to stay the night!

The rideout starts at 9:00am from Beverley Market Place.
We're heading North first so if you wanted to catch up with us later I think possibly Howdrn would be a good place to meet? From there its a run down to the lunch stop and after we're off South. You could leave us at the southern point mid afternoon. Let me know if you want to do that and I'll work out some times.

Looks like a very early (5am) start after a late night as I can't take the bike round the young ladies as theres no storage, so got to leave it at mine and get back to mine to leave about 6.30am to make it to the Market place in time - nothing like making a rod for your own back!

It's called living life to the full. Just don't over do it!

How did I forget about beerfest?
Saying that, I don't envy a 6.30am start with a hangover brewing, sure it'll be worth it though

I'm afraid it looks as though I'm going to have to bail on the rideout for this year. As much as I want to go I can't stay over because of prior commitments and my wife is now on at me about possibly going camping and having some "family time" over the bank holiday.

At the risk of upsetting the apple cart and bearing in mind she's let me loose on 3 rallies, BC and Assen this year I think it's best to now out of this one and amass some brownie points for surf and turf.

Sorry to be missing it and I hope you all have a great (and safe) rideout :(
