Re: 2011 RWC 09/09 to 23/10
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Toooo close.
Now now Wooster, sportsmanship and the spirit of Rugby an all that ! After all we're not kissball players and fans here are we ?
Scotland were by far the better side in the first 40.
Wilkinson had the wrong boots on !
The only way England will progress to the semi final stage (on that performance) is if the same France tips up that played Tonga earlier this morning.
Still, a win is a win.
Can't fault the Scotts performance
No doubt all Scottish eyes, voices and shirts will be French next Saturday . . . Nothing new there then though huh

Re: 2011 RWC 09/09 to 23/10
Agreed - too close by far - Scotland played a blinder first half, really thought they had it and they would've deserved it.

I was joking.
The better team won today and we shouldn't have lost last week.
Re: 2011 RWC 09/09 to 23/10
Agreed . . . You most certainly shouldn't have, and were robbed.Wooster wrote:we shouldn't have lost last week.
The Argies were WELL offside for that last second drop goal attempt, and a penalty should have been given, whether the kick was on target or not. I'm bloody sure the end result would have been different.
I've been cheering ALL the home nations on (was VERY bias this morning obviously) and would have loved it if we'd finished 1&2 in the group. At least we'd have all gotten into the 1/4 finals (well Wales has a bit to do yet).

I agree but what a pity the other 'home nations' don't reciprocate!!
Re: 2011 RWC 09/09 to 23/10
It's not our fault you've lost your sense of national identity.
