how's the countersteering going?

better hun, just gotta get my head behaving.. its coming together

Getting the body behaving is harder I've found.
It's got a habit of staying too tense.

Once upon a time I was an outdoor instructor and we'd see the same thing in skiing and windsurfing. Body locked with legs apart, arse out and arms up..'monkey stance' it was called.

Thing is, even though I'm aware of the problem, I still forget to relax and get my shoulder forward and into the turn at times.

Some track time on a bike I'm not worried about dropping would probably come in handy.

i lost the arm tension by tank gripping with my knees and standing hard on the pegs, seems to be working, also if im having a day where im stiffening up i find shifting my bum across into the turnand dropping my shoulder in stops me from clamping down on the bars ....still a work in progress, but pleased enough so far
