Old ladies and cars don't mix well
Well, its happened. I've had my first accident! Filtering through slow moving traffic on the A322 in woking, and to my horror is see this car on the other side getting closer....and closer...and smash straight into me , sending me sideways into another car. Just before SHE hit me, i noticed that she was de-misting here windscreen with a cloth at the same time as trying to drive. Oh but thats not the best bit. She drives off without anybody getting her details. So the result is that the car i hit can claim off me and i can claim off, urm no one Oh well, i can always watch that bit in the inbetweeners when Jay drives that 125 straight into the shop door head first, Funny as

Would you recognise the car and/or driver again? If it's a commuter route and time, she may go that way every day. If you spot her, the tell-tale marks should still be evident.

Probably would recognise the car and driver but don't think she has a 9 to 5 job. she looked old enough to be retired and i think just came out of sainsburys. Yes i am fine although the bike is a bit poorly. Nothing major although it was nothing special to begin with

Re: Old ladies and cars don't mix well
Main thing is that you are ok.
Can't believe the she didn't stop or that someone behind didn't clock her reg and give you the details.
I might be wrong but I seem to remember that as far as insurance claims are concerned the best you would get for a filtering bump would be 50/50 unless you had independent witness to speak in your favour.
Fingers crossed you find the old biddy but failing that hope you can fix it cheap.
Cheers
