Who has snow

First topic message reminder :

Anyone else got any snow it has snowed on & off all day in bradford. Had fun driving home it seems that it is too cold or dangerous for the grit trucks to come out & a couple of roads are just sheet ice. Slipped slid & skidded a few times but nothing too major. Glad i was in the car i did see a guy on a new r1 this morning going to work & i would not want to be on that tonight.

4 wheel drive, winter tyres and all of the drive assistance makes a wonderful winter car out of it Wink

Never had any problems in winter - just stopping on snow-covered or icy ground is as difficult as with any other car Rolling Eyes

Ah 4wd makes the difference. Rwd bmw s are terrible even with winter tyres.

Started snowing here lightly at 3pm now it is a blizzard. Traffic is just stood still on the main road outside work. nightmare drive home to come.

christopher came in covered in snow at 6.30 but now chucking it down though my parents who are about 20 miles up the A16 said it was snowing so hard they couldn't get a tv picture through Sky
