Terrible news. I know from experiance, its so easy to end up on the wrong side when abroad, but this sounds like a confusing road set up to boot.

Terribly sad news.

I had experience of riding on the incorrect side of the road earlier this year while abroad It was a scary and sobering experience and far too easy to do.

Also there was one tunnel that nearly caught me out as it wasn't lit and changed direction quickly soon after you entered (just as your eyes were adjusting).

Thoughts are with family and friends of all those involved.

I read this at work today. Very sad news indeed and my thoughts are with the family as well.

A lot of us have ridden these wonderful roads in Europe and know only too well the dangers they can pose, just like the roads here as well. It is a sad and timely reminder to us all that we have to be extra vigilant out there and not take chances but still enjoy ourselves.

A very sad day.
