Oil Sump Cracket

Hi,

I cracked my oil sump, after taking off the old oil, to mutch force on the drain plug and sump cracket.
I already buy a used oil sump, but i would to know whats its a torque for the bolts, and what is the metal thinhs that i found in the sump.
if anyone could help, I be glad.
