Insurance / Breakdown / ICE details for Big Mac

Hi All

Can I ask that you at least put ICE (in Case of Emergency) details into your mobile phone?
In addition it would be prudent to also have details / policy / phone number of your insurance company and breakdown recovery with you too.

In the past I've brought a printed list of people's details should they want me to keep a note for them.
If you want to PM or email them to me I'll bring a printed list with me on the route.

I'm on Oh Heaven 970 130 99 wan.
Can you let me know yours too please?
