I went for R&G based on reputation. I have never tested them though, so who knows if they're any good?! They fitted quickly and easily.

Not sure what my first blade had on, I THINK they were R&G but they don't necessarily protect the fairings, but I think fairings are expendable as long as the frame and engine are protected.

Here's some pics of mine after a big spill, went down on one side, slid, hit something and flipped over on to the other side, unfortunately this one was a write off
