Ello from oldham!

hi I'm james.. I'm looking to start biking asap starting from the cbt going straight to direct access..

been researching for a good few months and decided on a thundercat for my first bike so basically joined to gather all the info I need so I don't buy a lemon..

Hi and welcome mate. Great choice of bike and brilliant forum to be a part of. I'm from chadderton there are now 3 of us from the oldham area and a few other locals.

Brill I live just opposite asda in chadderton!! yeah looks a great place for info been looking through. really can't wait to get my test booked now just waiting on time now!

Hi James and welcome to the site, I'm the other one from Chadderton Oldham pal, great choice for a first bike and I still sometimes pine for mine back.

Lot of info and helpful advice to be had on this site and if you need any help or someone to look a cat over for you I'd be more than happy. They are pretty bullet proof on the whole and you're coming to the time of the year when there's bargains to be had as people look at their bikes laid up over winter and see £ signs.

Cheers buddy ill deffo be giving you a shout when I go looking then :-) got work booked in at the weekends atm but itching to get going. even bought all my gear... The Mrs doesn't appreciate me sitting with my biking gear on drinking a beer thru a straw so I need to get it used properly! where bouts are you in chadderton?

ahhh I know where you mean. I'm over the road from asda. my mate lives on that main road owns p.g.decor you might have seen the van. good to know their a couple local :-)
