Accommodation and Update

so people:

I have been on the phone with the dear old lady. She has sent me an offer for us (30 beds, which I have now reserved) and then there are more accurate here.
There were initially 54 beds pencilled in, which is the maximum of the hotel, but with the participation of last year, I think first 30 will suffice. The list is currently at 26 (if I counted correctly). Should there be anymore that are very interested, then please say so promptly and can I raise the reservation again. As I have mentioned previously, it is getting close to making a committed and binding list of participants. Then pretty soon I will need a deposit for each person.
For the last minute dot com among you: I don't want to make stress, but I can not guarantee you that you will still get a bed later at the same hotel. I could be of somewhat help seeking with alternate accommodation, but the chance of something useful - in our near location - to get, will fade pretty quickly in the course of the year.

If it was later in the year id have loved to go, but may is exam time at uni. :(
