i mark it on the picture.its a like silicon cover for something and the one on right if coming off. can i get them somewhere? or replace ? i dont know how to name it

It's not a great picture but that looks like the rear brake caliper and the highlighted bits look like the bleed nipples. So I think what you are after are bleed nipple dust covers.
