I have traded in my FZ1S for this little beauty:

Ridden 200 miles on it so far and love it. Great noise!

First time since 1988 that the flagship of the fleet has not been a Yamaha of some description

How you getting on with it Tony? Is it lots of fun?

Only ridden home so far and you can only have so much fun on the A11 and A14!

Done 120 miles on the last tank and the light is not on yet

I doubt it will match the Yamahas for dependability but I didn't buy it with that in mind. Just a bit of fun.

Those things do sound like monsters.

One of the blokes I used to go on ride outs with had one Link and it sounded insane going through some of those small villages in the Borders with narrow main streets.

So the duke is for playing and scratching around on and the old faithful, for the longer trips?

This will soon be classed as a 'Thunder-duke' site soon with all these folk on here going to the dark side of Ducati.

bloody ducati site now or what,, the 200 miles would consist of 3 fuel stops, 2 stops to tighten eveything back up and 2 stops to cool down !!!!

No break downs and yes the Thundercat will be used for the long runs now. The Duke is the fun blast machine. I just like looking at it too!

It's how Rossi used to say it but then again if his English wasn't up to scratch he may have been trying to say something a lot more derogatory!!
