New series TT legends tonight

Starts at 8:30pm on ITV4. It's an 8 part series about the trials and tribulations of the event with contributions from John McGuinness and others. With a stick in the planner me thinks

Phew! I thought I wasn't missing anything by going to the pub tonight!!

Anyway, this first episode was just a bit of "scene-setting", no real acrion, so you didn't miss too much.

I caught it, you didn't miss much but the next one, yeah don't miss.

I met John Mcguinness briefly the other weekend at the Spalding bike show before a family descended on him.

I use a good little programme that lets you download from bbc iplayer,itv player, ch4 OD and BBC radio progs/podcasts direct to your hard drive and no theres no expiry.
Think its only available for mac users, not sure if there is a windows version but its ace, can import the programmes directly into itunes as well.
Its called iplayer automator... its good for keeping progs like that and making box sets of series. Currently Downloading the TT legends ep 1 to hard drive to watch when i'm away..

Well that showed the less glamorous side that people do get killed doing the TT but would it stop you giving it a go?

twas an interesting insight into racing on the island, didnt know much about the Manx GP so that was also interesting.
