well we made it back, both still on 2 bikes and both still good mates

there were "learning experiences" a plenty but hopefully anna's got a bit more of the biking bug.

I loved the trip and the trip really proved what an awesome bike the Tcat is, keep ya r6's and the like I'll stick with the cat.

Most of either him in the snow or the bikes in car parks in the rain....
There certainly was some learning curves, Dave enjoyed riding out in the cold and wet, but for the last day I sat in a coffee shop by the fire with a good book but did have some good riding coming back yesterday was SOOOO cold.

Went out in my bike on sunday and could not feel my fingers after 20 mins so cant imagine how cold it must have been riding that distance.

Well the report is for freezing cold weather, perhaps even snow etc for my (first) camping jaunt in a little under 2 weeks.

Tents are compulsory do just hope I get back to write a report, pictures will probably be fun though!!

tents in the cold are fine, as long as you have good warm kit to get into, a fire by the tents is worth its weight in gold to!

Betws-y-coed, just near swallow falls. Apparently it's the dragon rally but not If you know what I mean.
The dragon rally still goes on about 60 miles up the road but most of the guys come back to the original site as a thank you to the very nice landowner who always refused to charge for camping.

sounds like a real adventure there, makes staying in a yurt seem a bit wimpy now
