VERY EXCITED!

Offer has been accepted and mortgage has been approved so if all goes to plan I should be owning my first home come the end of September   

Been a looooooooooooooog time saving and working towards this and its rather exciting that we are now pretty much there ... just trying to not get my hopes up as I've had friends get this close and something crops up, luckily there's no chain so unless the survey comes back and says we've over offered we should be away!!

cheers guys, best bit is finally after 10 years of renting im finally going to be able to employ my building skills when required and not have to call the estate agent to call a plumber when a tap is leaking etc lol

Assumed this was a new bike post to begin with.......congratulations and good luck all the same.

oh unfortunately my bike/car collection took a hit in order to finish up the deposit ... i'm now bike-less and rolling around in a 1.0 nissan micra

Congratulations on finally being able to afford a money pit! (I'm joking   ) Only 15 years later and I'm still working on mine   
But it is mine and I can ruin it how I like, and when I'm like, which I'm sure you won't do.
I hope you clear the final hurdle and get the keys asap.
