My best friend on the road
Well, this is how she looks today:
This is how I saw her on the dealership, and 5 minutes later, asked what it was necessary to have her! Love at first sight!
Got her with 15.000 kms, now she is with 26.000 kms (all done in 1 and a half year)
Got her the next day at home, no insurance, no registration changed into my name, etc, etc, etc.
Didn't bring blinkers at the back, and had to put new ones
Smoked them
Now they are a less tinted, will show up on recent photo's
Had my first accident, slided on a sidewalk entering a underground park
Got myself a microfracture in the elbow, and used a cast for a few weeks, but before that, returned home, in a lot of pain lol
Repaired her at home, only with one arm. Next, the damage, and follow up repairs
Did not paint it at home, took it to a friend, and these repairs where made along the time in vacation
Got me a HID kit
Some led's
New front tyre
New T-Cat logo, rim stickers, tinted myself the screen, and rear light made to look like a 2 light brake
Always on her with maintenance, oils, filters, changed fork oil, brake oil, new rear brake pads, cleaned and tuned carbs, the works. She Is like new in my hands
And had my trips with her, and friends
Cheers!

Well, nothing new, except a new transmission kit
And ordered the pegs from ebay. Didn't bring them when I bought her
Now I can say: 100% like new

It wasn't "very" difficult, but it requires some ability to use professional tools, to adjust it all to the sub frame of the back. The mechanic, still made it possible to use the under the seat space to have my tool kit, keylock, and a can of product for a flat tire. Push it up a bit, dremmeled the upper part, take measurements of the place to use plastic pressure ribits (don't know if this is called like so), and used on the lower part near the shock, some original bolts to put all together. cutted all the hooks and metal parts sticking out of the fairings.
Took some time to do the plate fixation, the wiring, all soldered, and still made a plate light from an old blinker (direction change light). He was on it a entire saturday, to do all that, with an excellent finished job. I thought that would be a thing to be done like a DIY, but that was completely over it. Either you are skilled, or take it to someone who knows what is doing.
Really don't have the fabrication process, but some pics of the finished fixation points.
The entire piece, is made here about 40 kms away from where I live, fiber glass, and with the lights not in place, needed to be fitted and drilled the holes for them. They come allready with LED integrated lights, in red colour.
All of material was aprox. 140 euros (108,99 £)
Paid in total 370 euros (288£) all the parts and man power of the rear fitted, painted, and the mechanical service for the hesitation problem I had. She was there for almost 3 months, sitting in a corner waiting for the electric coils. The rest was really quick.

Loving the wine rack with the crutch in case you have too much and the brolly for the singing in the rain moment.
Glad you're sorted on the aero-dynamic front.

It´s been there for some time, don't know why (been there since my grandmother passed away some time ago), but, never thought of that one

It´s not a sticker. It´s a key chain lol
Perks of working in a Game store here, and yes, i´m on xbox live. Play sometimes gears, a lot of forza, and pgr4. Never change playing these games. Online, gears is not my preference, i'm a sitting duck.

Sorry for some boring minutes here (first 3 are very boring), it was very cold, and stopped a few times, noticed on the cuts off the vid. last 3 or 4 minutes are almost night time. First attempts on sound as well, and trying out the new bubble installed for recording purposes
