Derbyshire Pootle!
We had a small trip around Derbsyhire today, and found a cracking road, the A6105, Made me think I need to sort a little Derbyshire ride out soon!

Re: Derbyshire Pootle!
It's a cracking bit of Tarmac, a nice relief from fixed & average speed cameras blighting the countryside

Re: Derbyshire Pootle!
Oh, another toy you have. Looks in prestige condition the bike does.
I'd go for an old RD 125 if I had my old classic bike to sliver over.
But yes, the A6024 is a nice road. A tad bumpy and undulating near the woodhead end but still good. Windy at the top too.

Re: Derbyshire Pootle!
I was up there back in March, damn windy but fun. Went from Glossop on the B6105 which was fun, over the A628 onto A6024:
