Instrument panel indicators

Hi i didn't know if anyone can help, the light on the instrument panel doesn't work but the bulb is ok. And when i turn my indicators on they all flash, any idea what the problem might be.

First thing that springs to mind is you have a short somewhere, and first guess would be it's on the wires leading to the dash bulb.
..I think they're Blue & Brown/Blue.

Second guess would be the switch, but I've seen the same thing happen with a faulty Meta alarm (normally when you engage/disengage the alarm all the indicators flash, so there's a link)


(You don't have LED's fitted by any chance do you?)
