Top yoke template

I had a carbon fiber effect on the bike but it blew off at some point on way to work so is there a template our there or will i need to take the top yoke off to make one?

So then i can make a new one may even go for a nice Rover Wall nut Veneer

Have you tried using a piece of paper and a crayon? Brass rubbing styleee..
