Language - a reminder...
Hi All,
POLITE REMINDER - take care with your language.
There's a wide range of language that can be used on the site in posts, including swear words and sexual references. On the rare occassions that posts that have used such language they tend to use the un-written convention of disguising the word used, eg b@ll@cks and $hit, or employ the 'double entendre'.
I have not yet seen posts on the site that cross what I would consider the boundaries of acceptable language. It is possible, however, to use language that seems gratuitous or may be deemed offensive if it is used out of context or without some background explaination. I would hate to think that anything posted on this site has caused offence. This is a friendly and support site for those who enjoy riding motorcycles.
Please be careful to consider your posts before clicking Send.
Remember:
This is not censorship. Just a polite reminder. The site is open to all and is there to be enjoyed by all.
Thanks,
Chris

Remember:
- forum posts can be read by anyone;
- once a post is made it becomes a public document so don't post in haste anything you may later regret;
- if in doubt about a word or phrase don't use it, one person's Richard maybe another person's Dick!
This is not censorship. Just a polite reminder. The site is open to all and is there to be enjoyed by all.
Thanks,
Chris

One persons fanny is another persons bottom.
One persons pussy is another persons cat.
One persons half bastard is another persons Wood file.
One persons blue tit is another (albeit colour blind) persons coal tit.
One persons muff is another persons handwarmer.
Keep it clean ..... here here.

No. You didn't pay attention in woodworking or the ornithology class.
