What a really bad week.

Well, where do I start

Monday, I ended up in hospital with a suspected heart attack, I still can't quite believe it, I'm only 29.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and today and the weathers been fantastic, and I believe it's meant to stay sunny for awhile yet
But I've been stuck in hospital and definately ain't allowed on my bike just yet

I'm out now and able to chillax at home which is a plus point but have missed all the football this week coz my beside telly in hospital didn't work

OMG, I do hope it doesn't turn out to be serious and you are back to normal quickly.

Dunno if you missed anything with the World Cup, but I guess it's a case of if you can't you want to. It won't help a bit I know, but I'll put a few miles in for you tonight during my meander down to Brighton. I just hope it don't rain, heard thunder earlier on :(

Chuffin ek mate. Was it delayed action from Fridays game? I hope you get well enough to get out never mind on the bike. Oh and don't bother watching the telly on Sunday, you and the whole country will be on tenderhooks. Not too good in your position.

WTF are you ok mate ? Funnily enough I've been in cardio clinic all week too - not for me - but my daughter aged nearly 8 !! hope you are ok .

bloody hell john - margot ok?

I was in Lincoln general Suzie, and I won't be able to make Boston I'm afraid, there seems to be only 2 things I'm allowed to do until they have finished poking me about, 1 of them things is breathe and the other is go to work, supervised

At this moment in time I feel perfectly fine and have done since it happened, they think that due all my diving/skydiving it has knackered a valve on my heart which is leaking

Can't believe you don't get a bit of time off work either!

I'm doing an accelerated freefall in September for charity which I'm looking forward to. Done a tandem once and a shot on Airkixx at Milton Keynes once too. As long as the decelaration bit works properly I'll be happy I think. Been diving once and enjoyed it too. Guess you've done a good few more of both than me though!

Oh bloody hell, that's a bit shoite, glad yer home and on the mend tho...

What happened this week? Well, Suzie killed most of the fly population in Lincolnshire by riding like a woman possessed... Fi spilt curry down her front before me and appears to have bought most of the Ventura kit on ebay... I have to bleed my Scottoiler as I have air bubbles and after wearing a strappy top last weekend (despite slapping on factor5000) I look feckin hilarious with slightly brown arms and shoulders, blue strap marks and burnt tops of boobs.... shexy

Ah, you meant on telly...

Hopefully you're chilled out watching all the tanfastic bike racing that's on this weekend then

They are doing tests on her because she has a history of passing out , but on a day to day basis she is just like any other 8 year old - as you've seen for yourself

Update time

Just spent the afternoon at the hospital Had an exercise tolerance test which apparently showed interesting results

I'm currently wired up to a heart rate moniter thingy for the next 24hrs just so the doctors can get an idea of what my ticker is actually doing on an average day

Work have been great, which to be fair, I wouldn't expect anything less

I have been back on the cat and it felt good

great stuff - fingers crossed you get the all clear
