Nearly There
Right, getting sorted. One of my special long way round routes has been planned - I hope all the swiggly bits on the map aren't hairpins [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] , gonna make a day of it; should be heading off about 10 and cover 220+ miles. Depending on how often I stop, should be there by 5.
Now I have been a bit dopey about the accomodation - didn't check to see where it is - umm its quite far [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Is a torch recommended? might just put it in anywayz.
Anybody taking their PMR radio? Will chuck mine in just in case.
Have a safe ride there and I'll see you in the Pink Palace on Friday and for the day trippers outside the Pink Palace (Boars Head) on Saturday [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Re: Bishops Castle II sign up, 21st-23rd May
Exceedingly peed off that I cannot make it. Even the weather is looking good for you.
My arm is nowhere near ready yet for riding bikes. I nearly dropped the Blade last weekend while doing an oil change, the sidestand wasn't down properly, I caught it but the pain in the arm was excruciating.
My own stupid fault though.
Anyway, have a great weekend all, ride safe, don't drink, no swearing and remember to get to church on time on Sunday.
Fed up.
Tony

Re: Bishops Castle II sign up, 21st-23rd May
No worries with the location Steve as BC is tiny
Bikes are polished & loaded so just a little thing called work to get out of the way in the morning & we'll be on our merry way

Hmmm at last.....
Well to say we was the first one's back after our 453 miles on saturday, we are the last to sign in to say we got home all nice and dandy.
Took the A53 from Shrewsbury, all the way up to Buxton and it turned out to be a nice enough road.
Got back at 8.55pm. The brain, and the arse's decided that 15 miles from home, that they had had enough.
Thanks for the eventful day, anouther outing to remind ourselves that the marker system is'nt perfect.
As pointed out by Tel, that its only us regular's that ever turn out to these ride outs. Hopefully, with all these members that we shall see some new faces this year on these meets.
All the best to you all aswell, as the effort from Nick for arranging the rideout.
