WANTED - Luggage Rack

Hi all
Looking for a luggage rack thats not going to cost my right arm - I need that for accelerating and braking (amongst other things).
Ideally I'd want the Renntec rack if there's one going, checked the usual Fleabay and Facebook marketplace, but no luck. I don't fancy forking out for a new one!
