Hi Splodge, welcome. My first 'Cat was black.

Sorry there are no events in the south, we're blighted with too much traffic for the events to gain traction. This propsed event will be the closest to you. Keep an eye on this section for more info and hopefully you can join us.
You can also look at the other events we have in Scotland and Lincolnshire. Hopefully we'll have a Yorkshire event again, maybe next year. I get to as many events as I can, sure it is a bit of a trek from South London, but it is well worth the miles.

Hi Steve thanks for the reply, yeh i’ll Keep a watch and see if I can meet up with u all at some point. South London! Wow do u even ride all the way up to meets in Scotland then? I’ve been a member of the UK Yamaha Thundercat Owners Group for two years now and still not had chance to meet up and have a ride out with them yet either! lol

Yep, I'll be there Tony if it all goes ahead and not at the w/e of 6/7 of June as I think I'll be doing touring in Normandy (doing the memorial visits). Thumbs up to this one

Hi Splodge,

I'm in Bristol and often ride down through Taunton to explore the Blackdown Hills and stay in the Ilminster Travelodge. Easy ride onto to Seaton for bike meets on the Seafront. The other great ride down there is the Taunton to Bampton and on over Exmoor to Lynmouth. Some folks say that the South is too busy with traffic, but you just have to know the backroads for a bit of fun.
