Total = £130 (note this doesn't account for the full food and drinks bill which I expect to be around another £30 or so)

At the end of the stay - whatever the final bill add up to divided as fairly as possible between everyone

Selkirk isn't too far away if you want alternative accommodation and dads army regularly stay in Galashiels and join us for the rideouts.

Going like Warm cakes.

I need to pay a deposit to Broadmeadows and would ideally like at least 14 people signed and paid up to allow me to book the big hoose and the East Lawn.
If we get more we can book uplands and finally west Lawn if we need it.

Broadmeadows is the best venue imho and is one of the best value venues too.

The venue has taken the deposit.

Have only booked 14 spaces so far and have 13 sign ups.

Once we get at least another 2 folks signed up I'll book another apartment to accommodate us.
