Re: judder
The plug caps screw onto the ht lead and the ht lead screws onto the coil pack. Is it missing on any of the cylinders or not running on all four all the time?
How is it just on idle, riding at higher revs, rev up in neutral and how does the needle fall, does it fall cleanly or hang up a bit around 3000ish revs

Re: judder
seems to be running fine above 2500-3000 below that it judders and shakes as if in wrong gear...not tried revving and letting it drop yet...it did hang on the revs when slowing down before i got the carbs balanced but has stopped doing that now.....thanks for the reply by the way.

Re: judder
We're the air fuel screws played with? Maybe check that they are set to factory setting. Has the bike been standing with fuel in? Sounds like idle jet issue.

Re: judder
What's the condition of the fuel filter, maybe some crap got sucked through and into the carbs.

Hi
sorry not been on for a while family illness but ok now....thanks for replies.
Bike is used daily so no issues with being stood with fuel in....bikes been like this since I got her realy a few years back was told all bikes of this nature were the same although not ridden any others so can't compare.
Also had bike stolen last december and since having new ignition barrel fitted will not tick over with stand down....
