Bike Hire for Wales (BC9)

Hello there, been a while! I'm seriously missing this gig but can't buy a bike just yet as doing the house up (and can't get authorisation from you know who)
...so, I still want to come to BC9 and will look to hire a bike for the weekend. Can anyone recommend a place in or around Wales?

Maybe try Nige at Bikers retreat where we are staying for BC. He does bike tours so he may know of somewhere local to hire a bike...
