It's so vague that he might have deserved it.
For all we know the guy on the bike might have run over the blokes cat, sh*t through his letterbox, or a million other possibilities.

I don't think it was 'random', let's put it that way.

Must not have been wearing all his gear ifor he was left 'grazed' and 'bruised' from a short fall and a few kicks?
Also if he was wearing armoured gloves, jacket and a helmet then why didn't he fight back? Hardly going to get hurt are ya haha

A thump on the head when wearing a helmet is worse than a thump on the head when you aren't.
It's like ringing a bell. (And any clown could drag you around by the chin guard if they get a grip of it)
