Re: Hello from leicester
Hi Iain,
Welcome, Leicester my birth city. For an ole f@rt like me that's some funky site name you have. I hope never to find such male appendages next time I'm there, but have to say the last time I was there it did seem a bit manic. Keep an eye out for everyone on the road you have more chance of seeing them than they choosing to see you.
Not sure about DIY paint jobs, tried a rattle can and paint kit repair jobs but concluded I'm utterly rubbish at it.
Hope you get the front end sorted and you can enjoy your ride.

Re: Hello from leicester
Its not mine i hale from manchester (silly northerner) ans Yeah so i keep hearing. Iv still never hit another vehicle tho thank god, what happened i was up near mcdonals roundabout between fosse park and meridian while i was in the right lane going straight the SUV on the left decided at the last second he was going the wrong way and BOOM iv held my back end up for as long as possible until he just got passed me then it flipped :( :( buuuut it resulted in me getting a thundercat so theres a silver lining
Most of the front end body work is trash and back end is scratched so what ever i try its not gonna be worse than what it already is

Re: Hello from leicester
Welcome to the forum, lots of useful info on here. I found these bikes really easy to tear down and totally rebuild.
If you need parts give me a shout, I have quite a collection in the garage.

Hi & welcome to the site. Its my cat that was Matt black but it wasn't paint, it was wrapped & stayed like that for nearly 5 years before it started looking shabby. She is now back to her original stunning blue although with custom made decals.
