Surf & Turf News - Cancellation?

Hi folks,

Just been chatting to Terry. There's not been a great deal of interest in S'n'T this year and only a couple of people confirmed to attend.

With that in mind and the fact that we've now been unable to secure accommodation at both our preferred and alternative venues we're thinking of cancelling this year.

If anyone would still like to go for a spin round the Dales on any weekend, if I'm not working (and I've repaired my bike!) I'd be glad to meet up for a ride round, some beer and a bit of bullshi**ing. I'm sure Terry would say the same.

That's a shame Chris & we were dissapointed that we couldn't commit this year, Devils Arse was in a similar position & I think peeps are finding time & finances a little tough this year. Brownie points can be built over the winter for next year too

That's a pity.

I echo the sentiments that maybe money's tight for people.

It's a pity as these rideouts take an incredible amount of commitment, money and hard work.

I'm hoping life will get easier for us as my youngest child turns 17 this year (not that she's sensible enough to be left on her own yet!)
