I'm going in a car mate, setting off from either Fernhurst or Bagshot so won't be around Southampton, sorry. Plus I might not have a bike then!

Would that it were Pete. Would that it were, but I can find nothing on the web site that says it is.

As a blue badge holder I have no objection to paying the same price parking ticket as everyone else. If it's offered free by the car park owners, then that is a bonus. Sometimes you pay the same as everyone else, but get twice the time allowance for that fee.
The Blue Badge should give you closer and easier access, but that's not always the case either, as sometimes mother & child spaces get that priority rather than the disabled.
Hospital car parking fees on the other hand, now there's a topic to which I'm sure you and Fred can also attest.

i know it was quite a few years ago but we got right opposite the main enterance

Disabled parking is charged at £10 on the day, £9 in advance.
The only free parking is indoors for bikes I'm afraid

You dont need disabled parking Tel, just park at the top of a hill and I'll push you down!
