Hi all..... well I seem to have a Thundermoggy in the garage...... not sure how that happened.... but you know the story.. Ebay and Southern Comfort are NOT good mixers...
I actually got the Cat back in May, and have spent the last few months removing all the accumulated, crud, dirt and tacky add-ons and restoring it back to standard-ish.... I even managed to track down the lower fairing bracket that links the two together...

Aaaaaand now over the winter it's gonna become our new Track bike, replacing our rather geriatric CBR 600 aka Claptrap ... with that in mind any advice and tips on tracking the Cat would be welcome.... rear sets are vexing me at the moment.

Anyho, the cat sits along side the rest of the stable at the mo..... Aprilia Tuono gen 2, Vfr1200 (wifes) XJR 1300 (my tourer) and the CBR600 track bike which we both share.

Soo that's me..

Hello and welcome,
Quite a stable you have there between you and wifey.

Never tracked a bike so no help from this direction, sorry. I'll wager there'll be someone along though that can offer a tip or two.

I notice you have St Albans down as your base, my hometown is Borehamwood, just a few miles down the road.

Anyhow, have a good snoop around the forums, the workshop forum is packed full of useful info that may help with your tracking the Cat.

Hi Mogs and welcome - that's pretty much how I ended up with my Cat too!

My only other, (so far), non-sober ebay purchase was a polka dot cycling jersey!

Gave a few folk a good laugh though.
