Me too.....Busy curing the sick...........

... having been sick i'm busy holding the fort while the boys are on rest days the boss is doing a fund raising bike ride (7 mountains in 7 days or peaks or whatever they have there) for LIVES First Responders in France - only 2 people not bothered turning up today having dashed from sleaford to spalding for the first then from spalding to grantham for the second ......... still, what do i care not my fuel bill

Still pop in every day but I have only ridden once since the BC meet, so not too much say lol.

Adjusted my chain last night and desperately need to buy new tyres! Not very exciting...

Just have a very bad dose of the dreaded Lurgi (can't be bothered doing anything). Mind you I have been taking the bike out for rides some evenings during the past two weeks, something I don't normally do - so maybe not a bad side effect.

Sorry Tel, have just been busy....... out on the bike actually (which is a miracle in itself!)

The weekend weather coincided with a long term arrangement to 'go out' - and a cracking time was had by all.

was very tempted to nominate myself for a numpty award this week - was having a bad day the other day (although not as bad as today's but thats a different story) in the space of 10 mins someone nicked my interview room - said they didn't know it was being used . mind you i can see where she was coming from, i mean my laptop and all my video recording equipment and tardis dolly trolley plus the 'id parade' sign on the door was very easy to miss - so off i struggle with all my gear under both arms and round my neck, snarling as much as i could at her in front of a member of the public only other room was top floor so i gets in the lift, presses the button after a minute or so the fan stops and all goes quiet. I frantically start punching buttons doors open and i'm where i started - repeat process - nothing happens - and again - and again. After 10 mins i stomped into the front office and asked the enq officer 'is the lift not working then as i've spent 10 mins in it and all that happens is the door closes' - out he comes - gets into the lift and 2 mins later walks down the stairs -'yep it works suzie'. I gets into the lift - he leans in punches the button goes out and the lift goes up ................. well how was i supposed to know the top floor is in fact level 2 and the button marked '3' is for decoration only - i don't pay attention to how many floors there are and whats the point in having a button for a floor that doesn't exist thats what i want to know

Still around as well, but busy at work like most people seem to be and I like the light fingered ones Suzie as they give me more work as well!! Need a few more arsonists though! (only joking...............or am I?)

Not that I say much anyway but my excuse is I've been to Poland and Bulgaria, work took me there; of course no such things as sight seeing or the faintest glimpse of a skive !!!

Gutted.

I'll keep lurking here and there.

........ and so you should! We thought you'd forgotten all about us - Ezzy has had a little fit of late making a great deal of noise in an attempt to get attention - think she needs new gaskets but having had her nuts tightened (ooer) she's a little better - i think she's pining for Lance.

well a day off today
bikes had new tyres & changed the wheels
cars still beening fixed got to drrop the gear box to fit a new starter motor
other cars MOT due so the needs seeing too
& now the bleeding fish pond as started to emptiy its self
so a new liner wanted for that
its a good jopb im that busy to go oput & spend some money drinking
are well just a quick look in while im having a bit of a sandwich
