Best advice go to a bike shop and try on some gear , make a note of make, mmodel and size then buy online , also buy a good set of waterproof overs , even tho alot of bike jackets and trousers say there waterproof unless there kept clean and are goretex the will spring a leak

I've got ARMR set from SPORTSBIKESHOP and I think it's great for the money. £100 for jacket and jeans - been out in pi**ing rain for 8 hours in it and they were perfect.

I've got the old version of these:

http://www.visordown.com/product-features/showcase-visordowns-top-13-textile-suits/17257-8.html#historysub

Got them in 2008/9, they sometimes let a bit of water in at the front, i.e. the water creeps up and get's your belly a bit but not always, but I think they are designed more for upright bikes than the sportier position on the BlackBird.

It would be nice if they zipped together all the way around instead of the little zip at the back, and the seam in the crotch on the waterproof layer has split and Richa don't don replacement bits like that, you have to buy a whole new pair of trousers.

Having said that I love em to bits and MUCH prefer them to having an over suit to go over the leathers.

They do get hot though, if you wear the jacket without the thermal lining in the summer you WILL sweat
