Taste of Lincolnshire 2013 Sign Up Page

If you are going to attend this year's ToL please post up and I'll add you to the sign-up page.
The base for the event will be The Village Limits where some of us will be staying Fri and Sat nights.
The rideout will be on the Saturday - 200 miles of Lincolnshire's finest roads, scenery, history and food 

Dinner will be at The Village Limits on the Sat night. Please let me know if you want dinner. 
You can find a menu here however they also do a specials board and I'll post up details as soon as I have them.
I can recommend the steak pie! They also have a selection of salads.... particularly good with the sausage garnish. 
The specials board for ToL is:

• Crayfish Au Gratin with Garlic Bread
• Pork and Mushroom Terrine with a Hedgerow Jam
• Twice Baked Poacher Cheese Soufflé with Garlic Cream and Chives
• Oat Coated Mackerel with Horseradish Cream and Rocket Salad

Mains
• Creamy Seafood Bake with a Crunchy Cheese Top
• Stilton and Spring Onion Tart with a Stilton Cream Sauce
• Homemade Lamb and Sweet Potato Pie with a Red Wine and Rosemary Gravy
• Chargrilled Ribeye Steak with Fried Onions and a Whisky and Mustard Butter

I need to book places and we need to pre-order so the kitchen can feed us all promptly.

Your welcome to join any part of the weekend - ride-out only, dinner only or the whole event. Just let me know.
This is so I can gauge how many are coming and adjust the plans for the day to suit as many folk as possible.

There are plenty of accommodation options in Woodhall Spa, more details appear below the sign-up table.

No plans for dinner on Friday night - yet!

Could eat at The Village Limits (shortest distance to the rooms!) or go for a curry or.... we could eat early and go to the cinema?

Guess it will depend on what time folk will/can arrive.

Hi Chris put me down for both nights for food, will probably camp for this one!!

Hi Chris really wanted to do this one this year but as you know brownie points (and funds) are on fumes at the moment, Assen on the horizon but hopefully build some points up again and make the ride out. (Or maybe spin it as a family weekend away and bring the kids along for alternate morning and afternoon pillion action)!!

I'll let you know nearer the time if that's okay.

If you want to bring the family to ToL they are more than welcome. I can prepare an alternative list of things they can do (shopping, cinema, swimming, ice-cream parlour are all in Woodhall) and details of how to meet us at the lunch stop if they would like to do that. If you need help with accommodation just let me know.

Hey, if it's anything like previous years we'll probably go past it.... although the route goes no where near it! 

Chris, as usual I'll ride down from Hull and meet up on the Saturday. Either for the start or at an opportune stop on point on the route. Let me know once a route has been sorted. Cheers Rich.

Although my loc is listed at York I'm actually in Market Weighton (not to far from you) and a few of my mates are on Hessle Rd.

If I cant get the missus around a full weekend for this run I'd gladly meet up with u for an excursion south on the day mate.

No problem. We can meet up and ride down together after Greencat has sorted out the route. Based on last year we may be out early and back late!

Greencat, I know been busy with work, life, kids and deciding to buying a new house. so sort of have my hands full. Still, managing to get to work on the bike so about 80 miles a week, so not too bad. Only took the base layer out of my gear a week ago. Hopefully winter wont arrive too quickly!

I'm in for dinner on Sat please, most likely Helmet D will be too. Cheers

I may also have a fellow 636 rider in tow, Jon B. I've sold him on how much he will learn from doing one of our rideouts and he is keen but just waiting confirmation from him.

There are a few camping at the site adjacent to The Village Limits. Is that an option for you?

If you're arriving on Sat morning we'll be heading north out of Woodhall Spa with an estimated departure time of 9am.

with my redundancy commencing on the 20th September things are going to be real tight. Hopefully I will have found alternative employment by then and feeling more comfortable.

We plan on leaving about 6.30 to be with you around 8.30 so we can scrounge a tea before we leave.

One question.  Will the route map be laminated?  If so, might be interested.

We are looking for a bike to be 'laminated' or shrink wrapped
