Thundercat in Castrol advert

I have worked for Castrol for nearly 21 years. I have owned a Thundercat for over 11 years. I have never seen this picture before! I stumbled across it when searching for something else. It will be from after 1996, obviously, and before 2001 as the Castrol logo changed then. Going by the colour scheme, it's a 97/98 bike I think.

No that isn't me ... I do look similar when riding though (although I look slightly more awkward and a lot more upright lol)

and as far as head positioning goes ive only got as far as putting it in a helmet

helmet dave at BC didnt even get as far as that! just chasing it down the road instead
