i used to own a Thundercat in fact a couple and be a active member of the group until I had a bit of a accident that stopped me riding but still have lots of little bit of cats all over the garage. if anyone needs to know anything about fixing their cat just ask and i should be able to help I see there are still a couple of old names on the forum from years ago any way heres my bike as it was just before I rebuilt it and had to sell it

Hi Dave and officially welcome back to the site, glad to have you on board, really stunning looking cat you had there and a shame you had to give it up. What have you got nowadays? I'm just about to reply to your PM by the way Smile

After the cat I got a yzf425 with super motard wheels on and racing wet tyres, what fun nothing could keep up in the wet. However after my kids saw a video someone posted of me and Catlass being silly on the way from Squires and me sliding the yz at mad speeds they made me sell it so money went into my 944 then into my mk1 mr2 that im currently putting a 2.0 250 bhp engine in

They are good, problem is not the pillion but trying to keep the thing in place. I've taken mine off though.

No not that Dave. Was that the Dave that put 1980000 miles on his cat on the original engine?

Hi ThunderDave

I do recognise the name and I was hoping I'd see you on this video

but you must have been hiding.
That was my first (and the last) Welshpool.

Was it something I said?

Lovely looking bike you had there.

You can't have too many techy mechy's on here.......thanks for the offer of assistance Smile

Nice to see you back.

Cheers

That must have been one of the last as no Duck on the back of Daf's bike so they must have split by then and Gail had her 750 there that she still has. I see Steve Remus was there but on his own as well. Have you got a video of the one round Bala? I know im on that one

MickyP had the high mileage bike, one of the valves finally gave in. He sold it for a reasonable price on eBay.
link where he talks about the mileage - that's pretty impressive.
