All I'll say with Devitt is that make sure they declare your mods to Groupama, the insurers they use. When I was knocked off, I had to ring Groupama, and they asked about any mods which I replied "I declared them when I bought the insurance." Turns out that Devitt didn't inform them. Could have gone ugly if circumstances were different. Overall, I didn't enjoy my experience with Devitt, Groupama were OK though.

ok thanks mike will bare that in mind.

As for shopping around Rosco, thats all I ever do lol, I got a quote on moneysupermarket.com and they quoted me £315 with leather protection, AA/RAC cover and legal assist. This is a much better offer.
Only problem is I cant remember who the actual insurer was. lol

I have found that if you ring them the prices don't match so be very careful when doing it online

Just for info really, Groupama is a frech company, which happens to own Carole Nash, which is generally cheapest when quoting.

Cost isn't always everything, always google the company for reviews before buying it.

As I'm sure you know some company's have terrible reputations.
