C# programmers
Hey everyone,
are there any C# programmers on here? I need some help converting xml files to pdf in a windows form app without using any add-ins (btw I use Sharpdevelop not Visual Studio if that helps).
If anyone know how to do that please would you help me thanks.

Re: C# programmers
I work in IT but don't program anymore.
Used C 20 years ago at Uni but just managed to C past it.
This won' help either but this definition just needs saying...."Debugging: Removing the needles from the haystack."
Good luck

Re: C# programmers
hi Derek
Not sure if the below is of any use to you or not but its the answer I got back from the programmer bods at work...might give you somewhere to start but might also make things more complicated too...
"Have a look at Report.Net (http://sourceforge.net/projects/report/) which is a C# library for PDF generation. Obviously you'd need to determine how you want to visualise the data stored in the XML file, but this should give you the means to generate what you need to."

Re: C# programmers
Hey guys, thanks for the replies Been quite busy and didn't have a chance to log on... I managed to write my own reporting system and generate the reports to pdf using an open source library called sharpPDF
Thanks for the link biscut, will check it out and maybe use it in the future
Steve I'd like to learn to program in Java but everything just seems so complicated, one day I'll make some time for it.
