We can squeeze 20 (possibly 22) in at Broadmeadows in total. Any more than that we'll need to look into booking the ONLY other accommodation in walking distance.(just don't follow Cath's route to get there) Probably only viable if we've got enough. This place (The Old SchoolHouse) should be a bit cheaper though.

STOP PRESS - I've booked and paid the deposit for the bighoose, east lawn and uplands and west lawn (10,4 & 4, 2) and option for additional two spaces.

Hi All.

Thanks everyone for paying up your deposits.
I've booked every room at Broadmeadows now for 3 nights
Only one space still available at the main venue. Other local accomodation may be available.

The deposit was £35 and the remaining balance (£65) is required middle of Feb 2013.

There is space at another self catering place - the one we used last year just down the road.

We need a minimum of three people for it to be nearly financially viable but preferably more.

The total cost PP will NOT be more than Broadmeadows and you should receive some monies back as it is cheaper than Broadmeadows....not as fancy though and you've got a little bit of a walk (0.5 miles) between the two.

Would love to Kev but try as I might I can't get the pass from Mrs Snowcat. I think I've finally reached the end of her understanding.

But then again 2 forum rideouts, a long weekend in Holland, 3 rally weekends away plus at least one day out of virtually every weekend in the last 10 months out on the bike...... I can hardly say she's not been understanding but with a heavy heart I must declare myself ooooot!!

Hi All

Update - Bob and Pete wish to join in but were a bit late in signing up to get space at Broadmeadows.
They don't think their golden oldie legs would be up to the 0.5 mile walk so are hoping that some young legged folks might consider a space for the elderly.

Therefore if anyone wishes to indicate their willingness to the change to the SchoolHouse accommodation please let me know.

There needs to be a minimum of 3 people taking the SchoolHouse. This will work out cheaper than the Broadmeadows stay (especially if we have more than 3 people staying here) If we fill all 6 spaces it should be about half the price

We've already got Kev (CheshireCat) on the list so just need 2 more.

Please let me know if you wish to consider this by sending me a PM.

Cool - They will give us a slight discount if we only have two using it and slight supplement if we have 5 or 6.
It caters for up to 4 singles and one double.
It is just about viable for two but it is pretty much the same cost as everyone staying at the main venue so if you are happy for me to book it on that premise then let me know (and pay the £35 pp deposit) or we can wait until we have one or two more interested parties.
