I think MrNutt saw your post where you described what bike it is
I too remember the sv650 frame with a TL1000 engine . . . there was sommat about the swing arm and forks too

Well then, it's an SV650 frame and sub frame (subframe modified so the seat is at more of an angle), TL1000 engine (with free engine management issues), HID lights, R1 front end and swing arm.
Also has an override button for the fan so you can turn it on manually (was built as a stuntbike so not always alot of airflow through the radiator as it spend alot of time upright), seperate air filters for each cylinders, the air box sensor is mounted outside to make the engine think it's cooler than it is, converted to a hydraulic clutch, quick shifter, power commander 2, twin Leo Vince exhausts and a subsonic antipollywobble system.
I'm wondering if there will be a cheeky stage three jet kit in there, I mean, they went to the all the trouble above, it would seem fitting that that was done, and possibly a modified sump due to the oil pick up requirements if a bike spends alot of time upright

It was in a magazine 'Streetfighter' I think a while back, found some pics someone took of the mag in the interweb but you can't read the text.
Sorry guys, but with this being a family show I have taken a bit of artistic licence with the pics
