The new boy.

Hi folks,

I hope you are all doing well.

New to the forum today, new to biking this year, new to thundercat last month and glad to be a part of it all.

Full DAS licence this year so no restriction stuff required and the cat was my first big bike - and what a brilliant transition it has been from the Zuki 500 which I learned on. I also have have a new CBR 600RR which i bought last week, but don;t hold that against me.

The cat is a 1996 girl in the yellow and silver garb, though that may change as I refurb top to bottom and respray her - thinking matt graphite at the moment, but suggestions and comments most welcome...

Anyway, good to be here and hopefully i will be as active in the forum as you good folks will be in answering my queries ..!

Great to see another 'local' on here.

We've just 'lost' one of our Paisley Thundercatters as FrazMcFraggle has emigrated to Carlisle for work.

I know it's a bit lastminute.com but if you fancy a rideout (or part thereof) and meeting some of this lot then Wee Mac (our first BIG (but Wee)) rideout of the season is this weekend. Rideout on Sat 14th.

Yarrowford to Moffat to New Galloway (LUNCH) to Muirkirk to Strathaven to Shotts (COFFEE) to Carnwath to Peebles to Innerleithen to Yarrowford

There's even a space available in a B&B Selkirk (Fri and / or Sat) if you wanna jump in with two feet.
